Terms of Services for International Courier Charges

Thank you for choosing Courier Dunia for your shipping needs. Please review the following terms and conditions that apply to our services:

All rates are exclusive of GST. An additional 18% GST will be charged on the above-mentioned rates.
Free pickup and packing facility are available in any part of Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. Pickup charges apply for locations outside of Delhi/NCR.
These rates are not applicable for Medicine, Liquid, Powder, Cosmetics, Wooden, Electrical & Electronics, and Food items. For shipping these items, please fill out the enquiry form to view the applicable charges.
Volume weight will be calculated using the formula: (L x W x H) / 5000.
The rates are applicable on a per-box basis. No single box should weigh more than 30 kgs.
Two forms of identification (Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Passport Copy) are mandatory for the sender.
No calls will be entertained for loss, damage, or delay in delivery.
Customs duties, value-added surcharges, and any other government taxes will be calculated using an approximate tax calculator.
Address correction or delivery re-attempt charges of ₹1450 + GST will be charged extra.
Remote area fees of ₹27 per kg, with a minimum of ₹2850++, will be charged for all remote locations.
If any shipment is returned from the destination, return charges will be applied extra.
A clearance charge of ₹2550 + 18% GST will be applicable for all formal clearance shipments.
For sending medicines, the sender’s Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and the receiver’s Passport copy are required.
We offer free re-packaging services. In case your box is not fit for international delivery, it will be re-packed at no cost.
The higher of actual and dimensional weight will be charged. To check the dimensional weight of your parcel, use the provided formula.
A restricted destination surcharge of ₹2700++ applies for non-document shipments when shipping to Yemen, Central African Republic, Libya, Iran, North Korea, Iraq, Somalia, Lebanon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Syria.
An elevated risk surcharge of ₹2000++ will apply when shipping to Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, Sudan, Syria, Yemen.
