  • Service Not Rendered: If the shipment was not picked up or delivered as per the agreed service terms.
  • Delivery Delays: If the shipment is not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time.
  • Damage or Loss: If the shipment is damaged or lost while in transit.
  • Incorrect Charges: If there is a billing error or overcharge.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient was unavailable to receive the shipment.
  • Customs Delays: If the shipment is delayed due to customs clearance processes.
  • Prohibited Items: If the shipment contains items prohibited by the destination country or by our shipping policies.
  • Force Majeure: Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other major disruptions.
  • Courier booking charges: Courier booking charges are non-refundable if the cancellation is done by the customer.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date. Provide your tracking number, details of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
  • Investigation: Our team will investigate the claim and may contact you for additional information if necessary.
  • Resolution: We will notify you of the outcome of the investigation. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. If payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed to the same credit card. For payments made through other methods, refunds will be issued accordingly.
